The Family Medical Leave Act

The Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993 was created to protect the employee.  Unfortunately many do not understand the Family and Medical Leave Act and many in NWA management have taken to interpreting it in their own way.  Therefore we have created this link to the Act which you may copy and refer to in the future when dealing with NWA.
