I am beyond words at this point. First PFAA gives away over 20 percent pay wages, forfeits short crew and allows a penalty on sick pay(at a time of the year with colds and flu) in order to secure an agreement before January 17th. Does this without any input at all, because I didnt vote on anything. Next, PFAA is telling the media we are going on strike, well I dont even recall anyone telling me that at all until I read it in the newspaper. Guy says its to protect the members, oh my god, is this man serious? After Guys gets on WCCO with his "interview" about striking I get an email saying to vote on an extension to the Concessionary package they gave away in NOV? OH ok Guy what is it, first you are telling the media and the world we are going on strike and now you are presenting our group a vote to extend pay concessions? This guy is completely off his rocker. I honestly do not even know what to think at all, it is R I D I C U L O U S. If you people have not sent in a AFA card, please do so now, the man turned away assistance when it was needed and is making strike threats without any input. Ok Guy, listen up, you gave away nearly 20 percent of our pay, and now you want us to go on strike? Are you serious? Where is the strike fund, oh thats right, there isnt any. Oh and sure you allowed us SOoo much time to prepare for a strike in one day, my god, I cannot believe it. If you think you are going to pull an AMFA on us you have got to be kidding. People are not going to throw away seniority at your whims. Thats reality today, either you get a grip or step aside, I suggest you step aside and allow a real union to handle our affairs. What a joke PFAA really is, makes one really wonder now about the multiple resignations. Amatuers playing with our futures- People better get AFA in or these fools at PFAA are going to destroy what we have left of our careers. PFAA surely doesnt have much faith in themselves now do they, they are resorting to extending a temporary concession package, why? Because THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. God help us all.
