If AFA is so wonderful, then why did they sit back and let United throw away their pensions? And that business about the penalty on sick pay. You know where NWA that that idea from? US Air; who are AFA represented. As far as us taking temporary pay cuts, who would you rather choose to impose it, the union with the company or the bankruptcy court where we have no control over the outcome. If you don’t like these temporary pay cuts, then vote them down; that is, assuming you are a member in good standing.
