Unfortunately what you seems to not understand is the simple fact that when the PFAA forfeited 20 percent VOLUNTARILY, that can tell a judge that 20 percent was not really necessary to begin with- It would have been a bit advantageous on the Union's part to have the judge impose a temporary pay cut rather than the Union to simple give it away. Why? because when the union gave away the 20 percent plus, that can tell a judge, "well they didnt need that 20 percent, because they gave it up" "maybe they can give up a little more, like another 10 percent on top of that" Understand when you voluntarily give something up, that speaks VOLUMES, it says you didnt need it to begin with. UNDERSTAND????!!! It was a complete disaster for the Union to do what they did with out a vote. Even if we get a consensual agreement, do NOT think this will be the last time they try to come back for more. As long as we are in bankruptcy they can keep coming back for more and more. PFAA is in way over their heads- its not an opinion its a fact. Sometimes I am wondering if they really need these drastic cuts from our group or they simply CAN GET THESE CUTS from PFAA because THEY CAN!
