PFAA told our group that we had to take immediate pay cuts in order to "buy" time to secure a TA before Jan 17. Well, here it is Jan 17 and there is no TA and now the company is in court seeking to void our contract. Well what was the purpose to take pay cuts to begin with? I have a major problem with continually being lied to by the PFAA. They said the reason for the pay cuts was to get a TA and there is no TA. Even if I agree with the terms or not regarding a TA, there better be one to vote on. because there is absolutely NO WAY I am walking with PFAA running the show. If they are incapable of securing a TA for our group to vote on then I suggest to step aside and let another union who knows what they are doing, do just that. An explanation to why there is no TA is needed right now, today is certainly in order.
